Guidelines for website design and content

  • Make your site interlinked with each other by linking at-least one text with other pages so that it helps Google crawler and visitor to shift yo other pages my wish or by mistakenly by click on the text.
  • Create a sitemap tab on you website, blog, forum, etc. in order to facilitate the  visitor to search through your site more easily. If your sitemap is too larger, it is recommended that you break it in pages.
  • Display limited post on single pages, never try to display all or more than 10 (recommended) post on single page.
  • Always try to provide useful information on your site, and that to be unique rather copying it from one website and posting on yours, this practice wont help you at all. Always write your own unique content for your site, reference can be taken from other websites.
  • Try to use limited images and videos on your website, it’s better you focus on text. As Google bots are blind creatures and they can on only understand text no the images and videos. But if it is compulsory to use image, then it’s better you give the description about the image in “ALT” tag of the image.
  • Always keep your <title> and ALT tag descriptive and accurate.
  • Check for broken links and correct HTML, and resolve it as soon as possible.
  • It’s better you avoid the use of dynamic pages, but if you’re using dynamic pages (i.e. “?” characters in the URL), always remember not all search engine spiders index dynamic pages.
